Responsible for identifying geographic markets and customer segments that are a strategic fit with EPS and Retail Fuel growth efforts.? Monitors and analyzes EPS and Retail Fuel operational activites to identify areas for operational improvements and efficient use of resourses.???ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS?Responsible for the identification and development of appropriate EPS and Retail Fuel product and services that generate net income for GROWMARK, as well as increase sales and/or drive out cost for our customers.?Researches and recommends customer-facing technologies and business processes that are a strategic fit within targeted growth areas? Collaborates with the EPS and Retail Fuel project analyst to incorporate development needs into the department project plan.?Serves as a subject matter expert for EPS and Retail Fuel.? Collaborates with prospects and customers to support the successful implementation and most efficient use of EPS and Retail Fuel products and services.?Responsible for the rigorous analytical review of potential geographic markets and customer segments.? Defines the technology necessary to succeed within the targeted market segments and identifies strategizes that will lead to a high probability of success.???Responsible for planning and documenting EPS and Retail Fuel operational functions and serves in a control capacity to ensure efficient use of departmental and company resources.? Recommends business process improvements to the EPS and Retail Fuel team and coordinates implementation with appropriate stakeholders.?Responsible for monthly management reporting and analysis; including income, reconciliation, inventory, selling expense, and IT allocations. ?Serves as the EPS liason between energy business process and design staff, and corporate accounting, tax, and treasury personel.?Leads the day-to-day operational activities of leagacy and future Consolidated Settlement platforms.? Coordinates necessary corrections and improvements with the EPS and Retail Fuel project analyst.?Serves as the primary back-up to the EPS project analyst and the Customer Service and Marketing Associate.?Coordinates retail point-of-sale installation projects for GROWMARK members and network merchants.? Collaborates with GROWMARK IMS, network security department, and applicable outside vendors to ensure the smooth deployment of new technologies.?Is cross-trained to assist with various project management, marketing and administrative functions for the EPS department manager and EPS project analyst.??OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS?Follows GROWMARK?s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.?Performs all other duties as assigned.??REQUIREMENTS?Normally requires a bachelor?s degree in accounting, business, or operations, or the equivalent thereof, and a minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience.?Ability to analyze reports for actionable data that can translate into business development opportunities.?Demonstrates essential abilities including critical thinking, business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.?Prefer and understanding of the GROWMARK System.?Must have a valid driver?s lisence and have the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary.?Occasionally requires lifting and transporting meeting materials, audio & visual equipment, computer equipment, and POS equipment of 20-50 lbs.?Demonstrated planning, organizational skills, problem solving skills, project coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, prioritize work, and deal with deadlines with proven ?attention to detail? skills.?Ability to maintain complete confidentiality.?Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK?s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.We are an equal opportunity employer, including protected veterans and qualified individuals with disabilities.
