Business Intelligence Analyst
Position Purpose -Cargill Business Services (CBS) is a global organization that envisages the accelerated use of shared services. Its purpose is to bring a smarter, more efficient approach to how we provide shared services to Cargill. That way business units and functions can focus on what they do best. Five functions are in scope – HR, IT, Finance, Transport & Logistics and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. These services will be delivered in Six Centers based in Bangalore (India), Sofia (Bulgaria), Nanjing (China), San Jose (Costa Rica), Uberlandia (Brazil) and Rosario (Argentina). The Business Intelligence Analyst /Global Performance Analyst is responsible for producing and analyzing performance results for Cargill Business Services in one or more of our functional areas via a strong partnership with global process owners and managers, global operating leads, and global/center performance analyst.
Principal Accountabilities –
35% Produce Performance Results ? Effectively engage stakeholders (ex: process owners, process managers, operating leads) to identify and measure the metrics that matter ? Identify and execute data sourcing/extracting approach using available data tools (i.e. excel, SharePoint lists, access, data lakes) ? Design/develop dashboards that are easy to use, trustworthy, and enable the identification/prioritization of improvement ? Manage/coordinate the end-to-end production process, including metric definition interpretation across centers, data collection, results calculation, report/dashboard refreshes, and communication to stakeholders ? Support CBS new services and migration projects to ensure performance management requirements are met ? Identify opportunities to simplify and automate the production of results across CBS ? Manage and audit access to CBS dashboards ? Periodically audit to ensure for quality production ? Provide training to dashboard consumers 35% Analyze Performance ? Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets ? Communicate/discuss headlines and supporting detail with stakeholders ? Recommend where to focus improvement efforts to yield the most impactful performance changes (locate and define new process improvement opportunities) ? Facilitate service improvement plan management with operating leads to create and manage a tight connection between action, timeline, and improved performance results 25% Projects and Other ? Participate in low- to medium-complexity projects with Global Performance Owner organization and/or CBS ? Foster a community of collaboration and alignment between global and center performance analysts within CBS ? Identify and pursue connection points with the broader Cargill on the topic of performance management ? Administer online surveys and the corresponding results reporting and analysis ? Adhoc requests for analysis and reporting ? SharePoint administration 5% Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in business, accounting or Finance, Management Information System (MIS) Degree. ? 3+ years of business experience ? 3+ years of working experience with PowerBI, including requirements gathering, design, development ? 3+ years of working experience in data and performance analysis ? 3+ years of working experience collecting, cleaning, synthesizing large amounts of data ? Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills; communicates effectively to all levels of the organization ? Strong track record of delivering complex work on time ? Experience working in a virtual, global environment ? Ability to manage time, balance multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities ? Proactive self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independent with limited day-to-day direction ? Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) ? Ability to give and receive feedback in a timely, constructive, and transparent manner ? Excellent organization skills ? excels at meeting preparation, facilitation, note-taking/documentation, action item follow-up, attention to detail ? Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally ? Proficient in English (written and verbal) ? This is an Office Base Job (work from home occasionally) Preferred Qualifications ?
