This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.??QUALIFICATIONS:?- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or similar discipline with a Masters preferred.?- 8-10 years experience in business analysis, in a progressively responsible business management role with people management experience.?- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret end user business needs and translate them into application and operational solutions.?- Strong relationship management skills.?- Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations.?- Demonstrated ability to consider broad strategic issues beyond the immediate tasks at hand and articulate affect/impacts to business.?- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.?- Ability to handle multiple complex situations concurrently.?- Excellent interpersonal skills and a full understanding of professional ethics, social skills required for extensive interaction with customers, and internal business partners.?- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team positioned to exceed targets.?- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Sales Team.?JOB DESCRIPTION:?Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a large Ag company who is searching for a highly qualified Business Operations Director.? The Business Operations Director (BOD) will be required to use their subject matter expertise, critical thinking and analytical techniques to identify business needs and determine creative solutions to ensure the Division Managers have the tools and support necessary to target, measure and deliver the performance necessary to meet business objectives. These solutions will provide productive operational impact and contribute to the development of functional strategies across the Sales team.?Capabilities and Behaviors:? Lives and displays the Company values and behaviors at all times in their day to day ways of working.?Specific Accountabilities: Work alongside sales and customer experience managers to ensure they are delivering the right programs, with the right frequency, right people, right message to the right customer.? To ensure that incentives and recognition programs are aligned with the short and long term goals of the business and best practices. To ensure the necessary development and implementation of training plans to ensure that teams are fully conversant in our sales methodology, products and how and where to best position them. Partner with Client Manager and Marketing Manager to ensure pricing strategies are in place aligned to the value driven by the relevant customer experiences. Partner with the Client Manager to ensure the necessary training programs are executed and aligned with the business strategies and best practices. Proactively develop and build relationships with key individuals across business functions . Helps identify, initiates and supports proactive initiatives and external engagements in support of potential new business opportunities. Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the organization. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. Supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Can understand complex business and system issues and make critical decisions and recommendations based on analysis and data. Collaborate with team members to analyze, create and implement business process improvements that increase value for the customer and improve quality, delivery and cost. Effectively implement and ensure compliance with the policies, programs and directive of the company.
