We currently have a Business Program Manager position available at our Boise, ID headquarters.
SUMMARY The Business Process Manager will work with Sales Operations leadership to scope, plan, and implement business process improvement projects focused on ensuring process effectiveness and efficiency, in support of Simplot Food Group business goals. This role will ensure sales related policies and procedures are maintained and updated as needed, provide quality assurance for processes & policy, and provide project management to all identified improvement projects. This role will also be responsible for the communication of new or changed policies and procedures to internal and external customers as well as ensuring adequate training/communication for effective change management. The role is expected to build cross-functional relationships and create project teams that focus on adding value to our organization with a customer centric focus.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Business Process Manager will manage sales related procedures and policies to ensure they are maintained by the process owner and readily available to affected parties. The business process managers will also ensure that all employees are familiar with relevant procedural changes and ensure training plans are created to address changes as well as new procedures and policies. They get the big picture by assembling this data and studying ways to make improvements to business processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time-management, and more effectively meet our customer needs as well as Simplot Food Group business requirements. Ensuring accurate documentation of current processes and writing documents that explain changes and how to implement them will ensure consistency and clarity for execution. Once all data has been collected, this role will write step-by-step instructions on how to change processes in a way that all those involved in the process can understand The Business Process Manager will need to have project management experience and is expected to manage priority projects.
This role will lead project management efforts and coordinate teams of subject matter experts throughout the organization, as required by project needs. They will work to ensure the team creates a plan that is clear and can be applied quickly and efficiently.
