Role purposeThe Business Relationship Lead oversees the processes and systems for their business area assignments. The position holder clearly and accurately represents the requirements and direction of the business area(s) to key business interactions and support teams (i.e. SBS, IS). The position holder is both the champion of the business area(s) for process efficiencies and system enhancements along with issue resolution. While overseeing the adjustments to processes and new enhancements to their businesses area(s), the position will frequently communicate with business area leaders to collect feedback and provide updates. A key part of the communication will be identifying impacts to the business area(s) based on existing processes and system functionality.
The Go To Market Business Relations Lead will:1) Oversee and own the implementation timeline for projects and issues related to assigned business areas. This includes KPIs, scope sign off, testing, documentation, and training. 2) Provide frequent communication/information to the business employees concerning project & issue status.3) Be the customer facing element for their business area(s). This includes multiple interactions with key business stakeholders and resellers.4) Represent business area(s) needs to Seeds Leadership team and/or project steering teams by making the appropriate business cases for a process or system change.5) Diligently represent the needs of the businesses to the SBS and IS teams. Understand and determine where concessions will be needed from the business to adapt to new ways of working, while objectively identifying, making visible and defending unique business parameters that if not addressed in a tailored manner could cause significant negative business disruption.

System and Process Testing, documentation and training.Ensure business compliance with agreed resourcing and timelines.Develop and implement a communication plan to inform employees of the key components of the project plan and the need for the involvement of employee resources.Sign off on scope for their Business Area and ensure successful go live with minimal business disruption.Develop and lead needed change management projects and training plans in a timely fashion.Develop implementation budgets along with the Go To Market Manager and monitor actual expenses vs. budget.Skills:
