Idaho SUMMARYResponsible for developing, creating, distributing, publishing and training processes and procedures to support sales and operations at all Agribusiness retail locations in the US and Canada, including satellite locations, across the United States and Canada for Simplot Grower Solutions and Simplot Partner businesses. Supporting and enforcing retail business processes, for over 1,000 employees, representing over 6,000 customer. RESPONSIBILITIES* Create/distribute/drive system procedures to standardize practices across multiple businesses (Simplot Grower Solutions US & Canada, Simplot Partners). Utilize multiple instances of Agvance ERP impacting day-to-day operations. Educate supervisors/coordinators/sales staff on processes for receiving/processing customer sales orders/payments as well as procure to pay. Author job specific training manuals and provide on-site visits, webinars, one-on-one training, and annual seminars/summits. Troubleshoot and resolve errors that impact sales, inventory valuation and customer account balances. 45%* Act as a liaison with corporate groups (Accounting, RA, EDM, IT) to resolve system issues affecting the integrity of financial/compliance data. Identify business needs requiring access to secure environments for financial/system errors. Assist with testing/QA for Agvance ERP quarterly updates. 15%* Identify enhancements for Agvance/Agvance Mobile Sales application. Manage process documentation via TeamShare. Support developing system/process changes. Provide on-going development ideas for supported systems. Manage ERP user access and product data integrity in Cherwell. Identify problems/recommend changes for Agrian, IBI Reports/Web Focus, Web Reports, and APx. 15%* Provides analytical support as it relates to issues or errors to include Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping information, product labeling requirements, and OSHA container management issues in partnership with Corporate teams. This includes review of error reports and research and troubleshooting of these issues. Responsible for sensitive edits that directly impact customer and inventory balances, that impact the cost of products, customer balances & vendor balances. 20%* Collaborate with employees, vendors, customers, regulatory entities and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation, training and effectiveness of the ERP. Including preparation for and facilitating on-site training sessions; analyze current state processes against the current ERP capabilities to ensure accounting and regulatory (OSHA, DOT, State/Federal Product Label restrictions and registrations, and container management requirements) compliance, create, organize and implement system and process trainings. 5% REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree from 4 year college or universityFive to eight years related experience and/or training.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirement. Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), Department of transportation (DOT), State/Federal Product Label restrictions/registration and Federal Container Management requirements. Proficient in Microsoft products and Outlook. Strong analytical, system and communication skills. Ability to travel 10-15%. Adheres to all standards, policies and systems as appropriate.
