Call Center Service Coordinator
Details: We are currently seeking a Call Center Installation Service Coordinator in our Equipment Administration Department to oversee installations by 3rd party service providers, and direct dispatchers and other route support operators. Job Functions: Receives requests for equipment installations for 3 rd party service providers, details the work to be done, and issues purchase orders. Verifies that requested equipment is in stock, or gains approval on orders from the manufacturer if needed. Reviews, signs and approves service invoices from installation work for expense control and sends to the accounts payable department. Conducts follow-up calls to customers and service providers to ensure that services are rendered promptly and that company standards are met. Conducts re-billing for installations. Follows up calls with 3 rd party vendors and investigates if there is a customer complaint. Maintains 3 rd party vendors’ contracts, verifying insurance certificates, and making sure the pricing is correct. Reinforces procedures to guarantee compliance of quality standards, response times, cost controls and customer contract commitments. Maintains and sends 3 rd party map to all dispatchers. Maintains training manuals for service and installations. Backs up Installation & Route Support positions during vacation, absence and during peak periods. Backs up the Sr. Service Coordinator as necessary. Completes other duties as assigned by management.Apply for this job.
