ADM Crop Risk ServicesJob Description: Claims AuditorFull-Time Position Position Summary:The Claim Auditor will perform auditing duties based on governmental guidelines and procedures. The Claim Auditor works collaboratively with both the ADM CRS team and customers to resolve issues which may surface. Claim Auditors need to respond to internal/external customer inquiries professionally and timely, and to provide the team and customers with accurate solutions to their inquiries as promptly as possible. Our goal is to deliver customers with an unsurpassed ADMCRS customer service experience – one claim at a time, every time.Responsibilities & Duties Include: Professionally represent the ADMCRS brand, its teams, and uphold our Fundamental Principles and Code of EthicsNurture and ensure claims satisfaction and build loyalty, trust, and dependability through focused attention to our customersRecommend alternative methodologies and processes that could reduce the frequency of common customer inquiries from re-occurringCreate and foster a team environment that encourages initiative, creativity, and solutions for overall company goal achievementConsistently deliver punctual courteous service to all internal/external customersBe available as needed and rapidly acknowledge communication transmissions (phone, email, text) received from customers Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve internal/external customer issuesAbility to locate and interpret policy/handbook language and apply it via application or give written/oral responsesAbility to read maps and aerial photographsMust be able to make decisions using sound judgmentAbility to audit claims in a timely manner with tight deadlinesWillingness to use own initiative with minimal supervisionAbility to handle problem situations with internal/external customers in a professional mannerBe able to follow appropriate regulatory rules, regulations, and proceduresOther duties and responsibilities as designated and apportioned Experience and Education Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years? experience employed with an AIP or Crop Insurance AgencyAt least three (3) years? experience in customer/client service, account management, or business development disciplinesAgricultural experience (e.g., farming, farming operations) desirableProficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new applicationsDetailed OrientedExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
