Processing futures deliveries? Processing cash dairy deliveries? Assisting with allocation/give up processing? Addressing customer requests Job Responsibilities: ? Accurate processing of long positions eligible for delivery to clearing? Tracking receipt/certificate inventory? Maintaining all records related to deliveries? Delivery metrics? Entering delivery cash entries to bookkeeping system? Processing account corrections/adjustments in bookkeeping system? Allocate/claim trades via middle office system Job Requirements:? Strong communication (written and spoken) skills for coordination, reporting, and analysis? Must be customer focused? Must be comfortable working in a team environment? Strong organization skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks? Working knowledge of GMI back office and LISA middle office softwarePreferred Qualifications? College degree or High School Diploma with 7 years? industry experience? Minimum of 5 years futures delivery experience? Advanced experience of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access a plus?
