Your passion for performance can fuel your life’s best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Understanding the prior authorization process and configuring business rules that will be applied to multiple Prior Authorization Intake Channels. Understanding and documenting the business requirements based on the customer’s needs. This includes understanding and evaluating the enhancement request, the business process, other project business requests and general system capabilities. Clearly defining the business needs and documenting via business artifacts (Project Requirements Document (PRD), business process flow, BACD, Use Case) with knowledge of RSA process (requirements solutioning and analysis). Coordinating business sessions to drive out business requirements Partnering with UHG IT Business Solution Architects and Systems Analysts to communicate the business need and understand translation into how system solutions will support the need Partnering with Quality Assurance Team to define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) task Develop User Acceptance Plan (UAT) in coordination with end business customers Develop UAT scenario’s based on Business Requirements Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with program team. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing, defining User Acceptance Plan and executing in coordination with end business customers, including reporting and evaluating test results Consulting/supporting identifying test groups and test environment needs Ensuring program/project are meeting SOX and HIPPA Compliance requirementsApply for this job.
