Provide an excellent atmosphere and experience for our customers. Customer service and settlement duties for various (CCM/R) precious metal refinery / salts & solutions accounts. Support account managers to deliver consistent, fast and reliable customer experience resulting in long term business partnerships. Serve as contact Customer Care contact for North America in regards to Seneca refining services and Salts & Solutions. Responsibility and accountability include but is not limited to:? Responsible for handling all customer service aspects of accounts, including input of terms in SAP, assay exchange, customer complaints? Communicate with Metal Trading and CCM Accounting to reconcile outstanding hedges, forwards, pool accounts, advances and balances regarding physical metal and metal pricing needed for customer communications and settlement details.? Update refining receivers in SAP, applying correct terms and settlement date.? Prepare initial and final settlement worksheets and forecasting of monthly settlements in excel database, based on customer?s requirements. ? Insure that wire transfer payments have the appropriate approval and are forwarded to cash management for timely payment to the customer. ? Data collection for Sales and forecast management for customers using data tools to analyze sales history, business cycles and market trends. ? Coordination of commercial issues that involve site operations by attending site meetings and following up with action plans. ? Inside selling skills: work closely with commercial team to learn the industry & customers, consistent follow-ups, ability to proactively act on leads and onboard new customers by following set procedures. ? Work well with internal or external teams. ? Accountable for contributing towards the overall customer experience and maintaining an increasing number of customers. ? Accountable for meeting customer?s responsiveness expectations through error free service ? Accountable for contribution to on-time settlements ? Accountable for administrative support to the Refining Sales Team.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Ultimate team player and collaboration ability is a must? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Database PC Software? SAP Transactions and record maintenance? Customer communications and support, transportation and purchase order document processing? Sales Forecasting?
