Communication Specialist – Nutrition and Health
DuPont Nutrition & Health is looking for a Communication Specialist to create, develop and lead integrated marketing communication activities. The Communication Specialist plays a critical role on the team by defining and executing strategic B2B communication plans, across both internal and external audiences, aligned to regional business priorities and delivering on business outcomes.
You will play a key role in bolstering the DuPont brand reputation within the food industry, ensuring that DuPont N&H continues to be positioned as a thought leader, innovation trailblazer, and first choice business partner. And you will help create demand through media, PR, events, and other marketing tactics.

The main tasks in the position are to:
Represent the regional and
global communications team to the organization, ensuring close alignment
with various teams and stakeholders.Act as the driving force to create various
integrated marketing communications plans across our diverse portfolio
that address all relevant business objectives and segments. Define,
orchestrate, and activate these integrated plans.Play a key role in creation
of the annual communication plans, with responsibility for defined
industries and platforms.Be the subject matter expert on channel mix
strategy, and ensure channel and message effectiveness, relevancy and
consistency. Develop and drive best-practice strategy, ideation, and execution
around converged paid-earned-owned media.Develop required elements of
the communications mix (advertising, collateral, video, direct mail and
email, trade show material, etc.) ensuring integrated execution across the
different channels.Create written and other content
for marketing material, social media, website, press releases and trade
media, and other channels. Bring to life and foster
engagement for our brand positioning.Plan and support regional
exhibitions, trade events, and conferences. Work with digital marketing team to ensure
optimization of communications on digital platforms.Monitor and report metrics
across all communication campaign activities.Manage agency and other
vendor resources.Track and
report on budget and financial goals.Ensure
correct implementation of all brand and design guidelines.Support internal communications to create and foster employee engagement. Location options:

Bachelor's Degree5+ years??? experience in marketing communication, preferably with experience in a B2B environmentDemonstrated skills and capabilities within integrated communications, including content creation, creative development, media planning, event planning, brand stewardship, agency relations, and project managementExtensive experience working with traditional and digital media. Knowledgeable of most paid, earned, and owned channels.Excellent writing and editing skills. Understanding of writing for marketing collateral and press releases.Experience in content strategies and ability to turn complex ideas into compelling story lines and messagingStrong project management and execution skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in matrix organization with effective time management. Ability to gain consensus across diverse virtual team.Self-starter who is able to work unsupervised on a global team. Proactively brings new ideas to the team.Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Relevant marketing tools experience are Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Google Analytics, and Sprinkler. Ability to travel 10-25%, depending on seasonality
