Community Relations Manager
SUMMARY:This position is responsible for managing relationships and other efforts to enhance the company's reputation in the places where our Team Members live and work. It requires collaboration with Government Relations to integrate influencer strategies and working with Operations to help identify and mitigate external challenges that arise at the community and state level. The function will also: collaborate as needed with Community Liaisons, Key Influencers and plant managers to build engagement; Digital Media to enhance our online reputation, and Corporate Affairs overall to build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Requires broad knowledge in a general professionalor technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an academic field directly related and essential to the position.Experience: 5 + years of experience working within business management, public affairs, community relations, government relations, public relations or a related field.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, plus Excel and Power Point.Communications Skills: Excellent relationshipbuilding/negotiating/lobbying skills expected; great written and verbal communication skills; formal presentations/public speaking.Supervisory: As neededTravel: 20 + domestic trips per year.To view a full job description and submit your resume for consideration, click APPLY TO THIS POSITION below and follow the prompts.Apply for this job.
