TexasADM Crop Risk ServicesThis is a full-time exempt position.Position Summary: This position is with the Crop Risk Services division and will perform compliance duties based on governmental guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities: Responsibility for managing compliance reviews at a regional level.Responsibility for completion and proper documentation of APH reviews, Growing Season Inspections, Conflict of Interest reviews, large claim reviews, and spot check list reviews as required.Assist with the completion of compliance cases as assignedAbility to work across departments to complete required workProvide oral and written responses to agents, insured?s, and management regarding reviews.Attend industry update training's as necessary.Requirements: A minimum of two years of college with a farming or agriculture background.Must be able to make decisions using sound judgment.Ability to work within tight deadlines.Willingness to use own initiative with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
