This individual will lead our multi-channel marketing efforts for direct to pet owner initiatives.
Job ResponsibilitiesWork in conjunction with the Lead, Petcare Dermatology to:Develop, implement, and measure DTC marketing initiatives which support the immediate and long-term growth of APOQUEL and CYTOPOINT, specificallyDirect to Consumer AdvertisingIn-clinic pet owner communicationZoetis Petcare RewardsRetail PartnershipsParticipate in the ongoing financial planning, market development and product forecasting for APOQUEL and CYTOPOINT Serve as the primary marketing partner to provide pet owner materials and programs to the B2C marketing team, sales colleagues, and retail channel partners to support demand creation efforts Lead development and execution of retail strategy and MAP pricing in collaboration with the Retail Channel Team Be highly responsive in managing all communications with customers, agencies, major accounts, Customer Insights Team, and Senior Management. Rigorously monitor and gather key pet owner insights, and competitive activities and market insights to incorporate into effective marketing strategies. Actively work with multiple internal stakeholders (Technical Services, Customer Marketing Team, Commercial Team, Communications, Business Analytics, Global Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Learning & Development, Manufacturing) and Consumer Advertising agencies to drive strong market growth. Desired Qualifications:* 5-7 years of marketing leadership or related experience with demonstrable success. Animal health, veterinary marketing experience is preferred.* bachelor”s degree with a concentration in Business or relevant major, MBA preferred* Excellent understanding of science-based marketing and the marketing process.* Proven ability to develop and deliver best-in-class consumer marketing plans and programs to address a dynamic market.* Demonstrated experience in influencing a team from a key role in a strategic business initiative* Ability to favorably influence people without direct authority. Strengths in team and relationship building.* Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and computer software skills among standard company programs.* Highly responsive and results oriented. Strategically agile and energized by a fast-moving environment.* Strong financial analysis skills and proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.* Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.* Proven ability in handling and effectively prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude.* Strong computer skills (MS Office and ability to learn Zoetis/ systems).* Ability to travel internal and external meetings, and customer interactions (>25%).
