Contact Center Representative
Title: Contact Center RepresentativeLocation: Mankato, MNPosition Overview: The primary purpose of this position is to provide extraordinary service to all clients utilizing the services of Compeer Contact Center. The individual promotes Compeer Financial s products and services to clients in order to more fully meet their financial service needs. The Contact Center Representative responds to all incoming telephone calls regarding account status, billing inquires, questions/problems and product/service inquiries. Identifies and addresses the client s needs and performs client transactions, as directed. When necessary, the individual refers the client to another Compeer team member for additional follow-up. Based on established marketing strategies, initiates outbound calls to educate clients on Compeer s products and services and to increase event participation in order to deepen our client relationships.Successful candidates will:Identify/verify caller based on security questions; transfers funds through ACH, wires, checks, and internal loan transfers; process registration requests; transfer calls to appropriate team member;Initiate outbound calls for promotions, events, and targeted contacts to deepen client relationships;Scan and electronically save documents; follow retention policies for documentation destruction;Assist clients with internet banking enrollment, password resets, performing transactions and other operating system support as needed;Maintain calls and service level requirements; track calls received in line with department goals; participate in process enhancement projects; and,Ensure collateral insurance status through monitoring of loss payables; maintain data integrity related to client demographics. Minimum qualification, knowledge, skills, and abilities:Some post high school education in accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Minimum of two years related work experience, with prior contact center experience in the financial industry preferred;Background in agriculture preferred;High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential;Excellent client service skills essential;Very good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills; and,Very good computer skills including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
