Continuous Improvement Manager – Finance

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Finance Shared Services group for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will enhance organization performance through partnering with Finance Shared Services employees to identify and implement needed changes. Specifically, the transformation will include improving business processes, driving results by providing greater transparency into service level agreements, creating efficiencies through innovative solutions, with a focus on standardization, process optimization and improved governance. You will have project management and analytics responsibilities to include but not limited to: Drive process improvement initiatives across Finance Shared Services, anticipating and ensuring development and maintenance of robust, scalable shared service capabilities to support the company?s growth.Build relationships at all levels of the organization to facilitate collaboration across business departments and functions to deliver desired program outcomes.Conduct stakeholder analysis, organizational and business readiness assessments, evaluate and present findings with actions plan in a logical and easy-to-understand format. Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to lead continuous improvement initiatives across Finance Shared ServicesDevelop tools for strategy and leadership growth within the organization which will assist in organizational development and system analysis.Be a coach and mentor to project team members and influence without authority.Identify opportunities to use automation and data to improve business performance and assist Finance Shared Services leaders in developing KPI?s, metrics and key strategic priorities to achieve best in class results.Support initiatives through analytical projects, providing strategic insights, and requirements documentation to the organization.Basic Qualifications: (required) Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or other related experienceMinimum 1 year experience in leading business process improvement and/or project management Preferred Qualifications: (desired) MBACPASix Sigma or Lean CertificationProject Management CertificationSAP ERP experienceExperience with change leadership and driving organizational change
