CHS has an opportunity in our Country Operations Division. We are looking for a Controller to coordinate the accounting and data processing functions for our retail facilities; ensuring timely and accurate financial information is reported. You will promote a positive image of the company to patrons and provide excellent customer service.
You must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.You will:Coordinate the preparation of timely/accurate financial and other information for transmission to the Country Operations division, as well as for use by all levels of management.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.Monitor controls to ensure accuracy of data/information.Reconcile all accounts on the balance sheet to insure an accurate financial report.Coordinate the acquisition, installation, operation, training, maintenance, and replacement of data processing hardware and software in an organized plan compatible with the Agris system and with CHS in general.Train and support users in the use of hardware/software for both in-house and remote data processing locations.Monitor / supervise staff to insure that work is being completed accurately, timely and efficiently.Promptly report to supervisor any customer and/or employee complaints or concerns.Work effectively with patrons, management and fellow employees.Basic Qualifications: (required)Bachelor?s degree in Business or Accounting
