Controller, WILD NA Financial Analysis & Business Support ? Erlanger, KYThis is an exempt level position.Position Summary:The WILD North America finance team is seeking a Controller for a role in the Erlanger, KY office.
The successful candidate for this position will play a vital role in providing finance support within the WILD NA sub segment, including WILD Flavors global management reporting, partnering with WILD Flavors business unit management on financial performance, and WILD Flavors financial planning and analysis.
This role has high visibility to senior leaders and will play a key partnering role to support aggressive growth targets. WILD NA engages in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of specialty products including natural flavor ingredients and flavor systems across seven entities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.Job Responsibilities:
Oversight and coordination of WILD NA financial analysis, including KPI?s, competitor benchmarking, budget/plan/forecast comparisons, etc.Partner with senior business unit management on WILD NA financial performancePartner with WILD Flavors Vice President on WILD specific business financial performanceFinancial planning and analysis activities for WILD Flavors, including coordination with WFSI FP&A and WFSI Business DevelopmentCoordination of the WILD NA annual and mid-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processesOversight and coordination on the development, implementation, and regular completion of WILD NA management reporting and KPI?sPartner with the WILD NA sales and cost synergy teams to monitor synergy impacts on financial results, including involvement and support of segment-wide cost savings effortsEvaluate needs of WILD NA management team and develop tools and analyses to support business objectives, including strengthening WILD NA cost reporting and pricingSupport the creation and development of the WFSI BU Finance team as they primary representative for WILD NA.
