You will own your own work and find innovative ways to deliver on our vision of feeding the world responsibly while working along beside 15,000 people around the globe who care about you.Reporting to the Manager, Operations Accounting, the Coordinator, Integration Projects is responsible for liaising between internal stakeholders, the Mergers and Acquistions department, and the selling agent to facilitate the timely integration of newly acquired locations. Key Tasks:- Oversee all merger and acquisition integration activities for our North American Retail operations.- Assist with developing and maintaining an Integration Playbook detailing each functional teams acquisition process.- Challenge status quo to improve current processes and increase shareholder value.- Work closely with the Mergers and Acquisitions department to create an acquisition timeline. – Configure the integration plan and processes specific to the particular aspects of the assigned integration project.- Coordinate and guide the functional team leads and functional team members on the processes and objectives of the integration process.- Coordinate, plan and track each integration effort and alert functional team leads to any obstacles that may alter the integration timeline.- Work with the seller and functional team leads to ensure the timely collection and transfer of information pertinent for the acquisition integration.- Point of contact for employees of the new acquisition and for business users with questions regarding acquisitions. – Ensure proper communication to stakeholders on the status of acquisitions.- Approximately 15% travel for attendance at new acquisition site inspection.
