Come grow with us!???????????????General Purpose and Scope of Position:The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager role will collaborate across the enterprise to define, develop, capture, and drive sustainable and responsible business practices aligned with economic, environmental and societal needs.? The CSR Manager is responsible for understanding a rapidly changing organization in order to transform from an ad hoc CSR program to a formal, dynamic, and sustainable platform.??Key Skills and Abilities Include:Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic global CSR programs including:program developmentpartner assessmentmonitoring and evaluationvolunteer managementemployee engagement and culture initiativesAbility to quickly establish credibility and utilize strategic thinkingAbility to influence, develop and maintain effective internal/external relationshipsUtilizes sensitivity for different points of view and seeks to understand and resolve conflicts/issues in a constructive manner.Finesse in operating respectfully and effectively with different cultures, and challenging situationsSolid skill in verbal, written, and presentation communications for all levels of the companyStrong interpersonal skills including ability to lead meetingsEffective project management skills with a focus on resultsProficiency in Microsoft office suite and ability to utilize database systemsStrong analytical and quantitative skills and experience using data to drive recommendations to senior managementSolid understanding of metrics and how CSR programs are measuredAbility to keenly find the balance between philanthropic and business goalsBachelor?s degree in Marketing, Market Research, or another relevant major is requiredSix or more years of relevant work experience.Background in events management, PR, social media a plus?Key Personal Attributes Include:Alignment with company core values Integrity, Diversity, Effort, Accountability and ServiceCreativity in developing key narratives to support a sustainable communityHigh energy personality, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a keen sense of working as a part of a teamSelf-motivated, self-directed individual who embraces changeAbility to think creatively and problem-solveComfortable with both strategic planning and tactical executionStrong technical literacy and social media savvyAttention to detail, excellent follow-through,Skill in identifying and championing new ideas and approaches?Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Program Manager ? Conceptualizing, creating and implementing programmatic strategy for CSR programsDeveloping processes to assess as well as respond to customer and supplier qualification requestsFielding and evaluating ongoing philanthropic support requestsContinuously evaluating the CSR programs to ensure sufficient contribution to company?s goalsUtilizing knowledge and interest in diversity, inclusion, and entrepreneurship spaces, to identify key players and initiatives with whom to align the CSR programMarketing Manager – Bringing our CSR work into the public eye by creating thoughtful and evocative engagements with the product, education and service sides of the brandCreating a comprehensive and integrated marketing program to build excitement around CSR programs and successes?both with internal and external audiencesEnhancing and maintaining the CSR website to ensure appropriate messagingUsing imagination to thread relationships into compelling, PR-worthy narrativesDeveloping and maintain relationships with strategic trade organizations, nonprofits & other external partnersChange Agent ?
