GROWMARK is large enough to offer solid career opportunities, but small enough to provide a family-oriented, welcoming environment and great benefits.This is a part-time temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 months.?ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS??Expense ReportsUse of company expense reporting softwareMatch credit card transactions with paper invoicesAdd cost center to each transactionInvoice ProcessingUse VIM software to process invoicesCoordinate with Chief of Maintenance on aviation invoicesCoordinate direct billing from hotels and EnterpriseFleet Vehicle Mileage SheetsCollect mileage reports from employeesEnter mileage data into master spreadsheetAccount for missing mileage reportsAir Travel Invoice TrackingOrganize and track all printed airline reservationsDaily TRAMS (data warehouse) updateMoves all hotel, rental car, and air reservations to data warehouseProcess commission checks?OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS?Follows GROWMARK?s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.?Performs all other duties as assigned.?REQUIREMENTS?Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof.?Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.?Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license and satisfactory driving record. ?Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK?s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.We are an equal opportunity employer, including protected veterans and qualified individuals with disabilities.
