Position PurposeIn the Credit Portfolio Reporting Analyst role, you will develop and maintain data support tools for portfolio analysis to support the Credit department. In addition, you will assist in portfolio analysis to help identify trends in credit quality and other factors that could impact a credit portfolio. Lastly, you will coordinate the annual benchmark process that is used in calculating estimated market values for real estate collateral records. Are you ready for a rewarding career? Join us today! Minimum QualificationsBachelor s degree in business administration, agriculture-related major or related field3 years of experience in credit analysis, credit operations, application development, portfolio analysis and/or report generationOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Required Knowledge and SkillsExpertise in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet preparation and analysis, Microsoft Access and database application developmentExperience with database and spreadsheet command languages, Visual Basic for ApplicationsProficiency in assessing and interpreting client needs and producing products that meet customer expectationsSkill in analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging applicationsOral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and customersSkill in organizing material and information in a systematic way to optimize efficiencySkill in performing a variety of duties under the stress of frequent interruptions or distractionsWorking knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), loan accounting systems as well as accounting and general ledger practicesKnowledge of personal computer hardware, workstation and client/server softwareUnderstanding of agricultural lending as well as portfolio risk assessment and risk management conceptsKnowledge of Farm Credit System and District operations, Farm Credit Act regulations, cooperative principles and federal lending lawsResponsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of AgriBank s systems and data.
