Crop Data Coordinator

SUMMARY:? Obtains, maintains, and coordinates data for the location?s CDMS (Crop Data Management System) program by performing the following duties.?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:?Inputs crop recommendations supplied by Sales Reps into the system to provide customers with written recommendations as required by state law.?Obtains and maintains AgriIntelligence/Agknowledgy data/information for customers and location.?Maintains customer files for proper permits of qualified products per government regulations and Helena policy.?Submits use reports to counties as required for customers and processor reports.?May drive a quad runner and operate soil-sampling equipment to take soil samples utilizing the Global Positioning System in field conditions to locate site.?Assists the Office Manager with other duties as required.?Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.?Reliable and regular attendance is expected.?QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:? High school diploma or equivalent and three years related work experience.?OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:?Good computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.?Working knowledge of CDMS (Crop Data Management System).?Good written and verbal communication skills.?PHYSICAL DEMANDS:? Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.?WORK ENVIRONMENT:?
