Description: * Call upon retail agronomy outlets in an assigned territory, providing their customers with lower cost solutions to their crop protection needs * Stay current on the latest offerings of the competition and of the latest industry practices * Manage the territory as if it were your own business * Attend industry trade shows and represent the company in a positive mannerRequirements: * 5+ years of experience as a wholesale rep in the Ag input industry * Degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or Ag related field of study * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Able to multi-task and prioritize * CCA is beneficialCompensation and Benefits: * $110,000-$160,000 * 100% employer paid medical * Eligible for company bonus plan * Vehicle allowance * Paid vacation * 401k with employer match * Ability to office from homeMy name is Scott Rose and I specialize in placing professionals in the Ag industry.
