They communicate with confidence, react quickly, and collaborate withcustomers to deliver winning results and exceed expectations.We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible forthe supervision of five to seven Customer Care Account Representatives (CCARs) whilestill maintaining order fulfillment responsibilities. You will aid in the developmentof the Customer Care team to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding theexpectations of our customers. You willhave a solid understanding of the overall PM organization strategy, how theorder to cash process fits, and be a key contributor for development ofinternal KPIs and goals and objectives focused on execution and continuousimprovement.This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate yourbusiness acumen and thorough knowledge of customer order to cashprocessing/order management. You willutilize your computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or other ERPsystem experience and your ability to communicate, analyze, and present dataefficiently to a variety of audience types. Lastly, you will also have theopportunity to show your robust data analysis and strategic decision makingabilities.Formula for Success Leveragingyour educational and professional background in CustomerCare, Supply Chain, IS, Sales, or in a commercial role, you will supervise the day-to-day and talent management activities offive to seven CCAR/Ss and have responsibility for order confirmation/materialmanagement, and communication between customers, business units and supplychain partners.Demonstrating your proficiency intime management and prioritization of responsibilities, you will collaborate,audit, and manage workload distribution to ensure proper execution of the orderto cash and supporting processes.Your adaptability and positiveleadership during change management situations, including ever changingworkload requirements, will be essential as you provide backup support for theCustomer Care Manager.Utilizing your robust problem-solvingskills, you will identify, resolve and successfully close sensitive and/or highrisk issues that may impact the customer or BASF.
