Customer Development Manager – Walmart
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the execution of the Tyson Brands category/brand strategies at the customer level that deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) profit targets by achieving targeted volume, Gross Sales After Trade (GSAT) / Trade as a Percent of Revenue (TAPR) and DSMPA (distribution, shelving, merchandising, pricing and activation) compliance. Additional responsibilities include: understanding the customer's key objectives/strategies and implementing collaborative business plans that deliver long-term mutual growth; customizing; selling and implementing corporate strategies and Category Leadership programs with the customer. This position is the key point of contact with the WalMart buyers and their staff. Key internal interactions will be with the Director of Sales, Team Performance Manager, Customer Insights Manager , CPFR Replinshment Managers, Manager of Retail Development, Customer Service Account Manager , Sales Strategy and Planning, Revenue Management, Sales Operations and Marketing.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor's Degree required.Experience: 5+ years of relevant CPG experience preferably to include a combination of Sales/Customer Management, Customer/Trade Marketing and Category Management.Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft software.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Travel: 10%To view a full job description and submit your resume for consideration, click APPLY TO THIS POSITION below and follow the prompts.Apply for this job.
