Customer Service Assistant

Position PurposeOne of the most important aspects of success in our function and BU is to deliver excellent service and quality, food safe products to our customers.
It is imperative that we have excellent talent dedicated to delivering this to our customers.
The purpose of customer service is to meet the customer expectations when they choose to order our products.
Our CSR?s need to have the thinking and communication skills to work internally and externally to make that happen.Principal Accountabilities60%
Provide a high level of customer service for retail customers and the retail employees and enter and monitor orders in the retail operating system ? NetSuite. Communicate effectively with warehouse and store employees to ensure customer orders are processed as requested by the customer.20% Problem solve as related to the service and sales function of the role.20% Assist with special orders, projects, and general warehouse, shipping, and packing operations as needed. Relocation will not be provided for this position.Skills:
Required Qualifications ? High School Diploma or GED ? 2+ years of Customer Service experience (working in direct contact with customer via phone and email, working with customers? sales orders and documenting customer communications)? Microsoft Office Suite experience ? Able and willing to work additional hours and Saturdays as neededPreferred Qualifications ? 2 year associate degree in related field Success Factors ? Strong organizational and prioritizing skills? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to learn specific job related software solutions. ? Ability to assist customers and represent Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate ethically and at a high quality level.? Work in a fast paced environment? Work with a diverse team? Dependability and a positive attitude
