Come join us on our journey to create solutions for a sustainable future Customer Service Key Account Liaison (1803738) Shakopee, MN Where the Chemistry Happens The Customer Service Key Account Liaison is a member of the BASF Corporation – Construction Systems Customer Service Department and reports to a Customer Service Team Lead.  The Customer Service Key Account Liaison is responsible for managing customer inquiries from assigned Key Accounts to Customer Service, acting as the link between customers and various internal departments and third parties.  This includes taking ownership for the full order to cash process, including the processing of orders and the handling of all other inquiries to ensure that our Key Accounts? experience meet or exceeds their expectations.  The select Key Accounts will be assigned by Customer Service Management in coordination with the National Sales Manager(s). The learning and performance objectives for this position include product, process and procedural knowledge, as well as strong business acumen.  The successful candidate will exemplify the behaviors of; Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Teamwork, Leadership, and Customer Focus, understanding the importance of meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers.  This position is located in Shakopee, Minnesota.     Formula for SuccessDeliver an exceptional order to cash experience to assigned Key AccountsDetermine how to prioritize responsibilities; balancing short- and medium-term objectives while successfully ensuring completion of routine job dutiesProvide enhanced support to select Key Accounts through broad knowledge of our products, policies, and proceduresYour strong business acumen will be a valued asset as you leverage your problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and successfully resolve issuesLead and execute Order-to-Cash process and sub-processesSuccessfully engage inside and outside the business, you will serve as a liaison between customers and various BASF functions to maintain and develop relationshipsProvide project leadership across hubs, business units, and global projects by establishing clear key deliverables, meeting deadlines, action item resolution, information-sharing with stakeholders, decision-making, collaboration, and final presentationsDecision making authority, dependent within a Terms of Reference and independent Represents Customer Service on special projects as assigned by Customer Service ManagementResolve many, sometimes conflicting, issues in a professional, confident, timely manner while performing routine tasksInitiates necessary action required to remove any obstacles that may impact BASF's ability to satisfy customer requirementsManaging daily reports to identify and resolve issues in a timely mannerUtilizes Non Conformance Management System for non-conformance tracking and to identify opportunities for corrective and preventative actionsSupports BASF Corporation – Construction Systems Customer Service Team members and processes Positive image of self and corporation, even in difficult and stressful situationsCreate Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You Adding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
