Customer Service Representative – Food Service
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining the daily work process for a defined group including, but not limited to, keeping open lines of communication between Customer Service Representatives, Field Sales, and both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for receiving and processing orders and coordinating with several departments to ensure timely product movement and shipping locations.Other responsibilities included resolving customer problems regarding product, price, delivery and billing. This position will support National Account customers with high sales volume and demand.This position must be able to back-up other CSRs as needed, attending relevant meetings and other duties as the need arises. This position could be responsible for vendor inventory management.REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: 3+ years experience in CSR position.Computer Skills: Familiar with SAPand knowledge of Tyson Business Computer System. Must have Microsoft Excel experienceCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Special Skills: Experience in Dispute Management is a plus. Must work well under a fast-paced environment and deadlines.
