No matter what your interest, Loveland has something for everyone.Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Service, as a member of Customer Service, you will be responsible for activities related to the management and control of order placement and invoicing of Agriums Agricultural customers.Key Tasks:- Process orders accurately from Customers in SAP- Coordinate the most cost effective mode of transportation, including product sourcing from Agrium plants, terminals and warehouses- Assist Sales staff with managing customers accounts receivable and rail detention billing.- Communicate product availability and loading hours/outages to customers and carriers- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Transportation/Carriers, and the plants/terminals for the purpose of completing sales transactions – Organize, plan and confirm shipment scheduling- Assist Customers and Sales team with ad-hoc reporting requirements- As required, process adjustments and shipping information from Non-SAP sites- Review orders to be invoiced for accurateness in price and terms on a daily basis with Sales staff- Input approved prices, discounts, and accruals in the computer system (SAP) to ensure accurate invoicing of orders- Monitor Customer accounts for aging and corrections- Research and resolve customer issues with accounts- Complete reconciliation of prepay contracts at end of specific term- Create and maintain various spreadsheets to assist in accurate invoicing and monitoring of prices by Sales and Marketing personnel- Any other job responsibilities as required by the Companys discretionThe Ideal CandidateOutside of the skills and necessary qualifications, our ideal candidate must be committed to sustaining our safe and positive work environment while having the ability to embrace working side by side others in a diverse culture. Everything we do revolves around our culture and our candidate must be respectful of diverse opinions and views.Skills:- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills- High attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressureQualifications- High school or GED required- Preference will be given to individuals with a Marketing or Business related Degree/Diploma- A passion for customer service and a minimum of 5
