Morris, IL?PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT?Under the direction of the Controller, will ensure the customer and internal transactional exchanges are designed effectively, efficiently, and consistently. This individual will spend considerable time on site with CSRs developing, sharing, and training on policies relating to company systems while maintaining and updating essential data in said systems.??ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS?Work with the Controller to ensure processes are providing a consistent, positive, compliant, and profitable experience for both FS Grain, LLC and its customers.Assist the Controller in creating a positive work environment with encouraging respectful interactions that promote a message of leadership.?With the assistance of the Controller; selection, coaching, and counseling of CSRs as well as leading team meetings, individualized meetings, and annual reviews of direct reports.?Works directly with the Origination Manager to ensure a positive working relationship between the origination staff and the CSR staff with an understanding of duty segregation.?Manage day to day operation of the CSR staff and sure the team is adhering to policy and regulatory requirements.?Create and maintain a training program for incoming CSR staff and for the continuing education of current staff.?Identifies needs and trends of our customers and industry and direct the CSR staff in meeting those needs.?Empower the CSR staff to become local experts in their profession with a focus on relationship development with each employees? select group of producers.?Assist Business Manager in company systems to ensure effective data availability.?Responsible for maintaining up to date discount tables, commodity tables, and contract templates in accounting system.?Assist the Controller with coordination among owner member controllers in maintenance of producer records.??OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS?Attend Agris training and user groups to keep current on the most efficient and effective accounting procedures.?Performs related duties as assigned.??REQUIREMENTS?Normally requires an Associate Degree in accounting or related field and at least two years of accounting or finance related experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting principles, basic grain accounting, organizational and problem-solving skills and proficiency with computer software.?Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.?Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license and satisfactory driving record.?Must be able to work hours beyond those considered normal.?Must be able to travel independently and overnight.Apply for this job.
