Shakopee, MN Where the ChemistryHappens This is a hybridposition in our Customer Service Department. The primary responsibilities will be new account set ups, sortingpurchase orders, and the order-to-cash process.Formula forSuccess Ensure the Voice of the Customer is representedin our processes and policiesManage customer inquiries including, but notlimited to, those presented via phone and e-mailExecute Order-to-Cash ProcessManage Credits and Debits as assigned byCustomer Care Team Lead to support the Customer ExperienceFacilitate new account set-up and account maintenanceManage exception reports to identify and resolveissues in a timely mannerUtilize Non-Conformance Management System fornon-conformance tracking and to identify opportunities for corrective andpreventative actionsBalance short and medium-term objectives whilesuccessfully completing routine job dutiesPrioritize responsibilities; balancing short-and medium-term objectives while successfully ensuring completion of routinejob dutiesProvide support to customers through broadknowledge of our products, policies, and proceduresUtilize decision making authority, dependentwithin a Terms of Reference, and independentlyWork to build rapport with customers, internalfunctions, and external service providers to better understand what can be doneto improve internal/external processes and proceduresRepresent Customer Service on special projectsas assigned by Customer Care ManagersResolve many, sometimes conflicting, issues in aprofessional, confident, and timely manner while performing routine tasksInitiate necessary actions required to removeany obstacles that may impact BASF's ability to satisfy customer requirementsSupport Construction Systems Customer Care teammembers and processesExhibit positive image of self and corporation,even in difficult and stressful situationsOther duties as assigned by Customer CareManagementTravel to customer sites and BASF plant sites asrequired Create Your OwnChemistry: What We Offer You Adding value to ourcustomers begins with adding value to you.
