Customer Service Specialist I

?Requisition ID : 1219?Landus Cooperative is currently seeking an individual that will provide outstanding customer service that will optimize the cooperative?s market share and improve the cooperative?s efficiency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.? Other duties may be assigned.Keep location personnel informed so that a consistent and proper message is communicated to the customer.Perform billing of Landus Cooperative products.Perform prepay procedures, if applicable.Enter and maintain intercompany transfers.Enter and maintain purchase orders for products.Follow all Landus Cooperative Safety policies & procedures.Know and understand Landus Cooperative?s customer policies.Maintain inventory control of products.Understand inventory and measurement procedures.Know Landus Cooperative product operations.Understand the location?s P&L.Maintain inventory of office supplies.Oversee and/or perform office housekeeping.Operate Landus Cooperative computer system.Perform grain probing and grading procedures, if applicable.Perform truck scaling procedures.Counter sales of products offered by Landus Cooperative.Perform customer grain settlements and reporting procedures, if applicable.Ensure customer?s statements are correct.Talk with Landus Cooperative customers by phone or in person concerning Landus Cooperative products.REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: ?Must have a valid driver?s license.? This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in our motor vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.? Able to obtain USDA warehouse & grain grading license where applicable.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: ?The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job.
