Customer Setup Coordinator
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Energy Finance group. We are looking for a Customer Setup Coordinator.
You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be a strong team player who is dedicated to process improvement.
You must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills, demonstrate accountability and be able to respond to issues with an appropriate sense of urgency. You will:Execute/Coordinate account set-ups, changes and information needed from sales staff in Propane, Refined Fuels, Lubricants, Transportation, Petroleum Equipment and Renewable Fuels Marketing.Authorize suppliers, exchange partners, and pipeline companies to allow customers/carriers to load CHS supply.Manage customer master file in JDE 9.0 for all new and existing accounts.Manage and complete new customer onboarding in CRM 365.Monitor and ensure the integrity of the system.Maintain Magellan Pipeline Company?s customer control system and other pipeline customer control systems.Maintain the CHS terminal management DTN TABS system.
(This is a customer control/product allocation/credit control system for the Refined Fuels business.)Investigate billing issues and problem solve with Billing & Data Specialist to ensure correct billing of products.Partner with Customer Service & Billing Specialists, Sales/Marketing, Energy Credit, Supply and Distribution to resolve customer setup problems.Basic Qualifications: (required)Bachelor?s degree.3+ years accounting, customer service or related work experience.1+ years experience with JD Edwards and customer control systems.Preferred Qualifications: (preferred)Petroleum industry experienceSAP experience
