Our Client is seeking a candidate with agriculture production experience and/or an agronomy degree to help our clients get the most out of our services. This person would help get users started with our suite of online support tools and form relationships with large clients in their region so they can provide primary support for those clients and ensure customer satisfaction with the product. Initial duties will focus on working with growers to set up the mechanics of the service and on-boarding and training growers both in person and via phone calls and webinars. This person will play a key role in helping our clients understand the underlying agronomic principles that are guiding the field-specific recommendations that are generated by our services. Industry knowledge, a focus on customer service, and flexibility are critical.?3+ years of Agronomic and business planning experience, ideally including bringing new technology products/services to marketExperience assessing, developing, training and expanding channels (e.g., seed retailers, equipment dealers, and crop insurance agents) to reach end users (e.g., growers); must have ability to develop trusted advisory relationships with these groups.Comfortable with new technologyDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive growth targets with new product launchesStrong team player with the ability to inspire colleagues throughout the company; contagiously optimistic with unwavering integrity.Ability to master value based selling and effectively develop, demonstrate and communicate unique value propositions for a market changing service.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills as well as the enthusiasm and resilience to bring a new service to the Ag market; able to conduct compelling product demonstrations to customers while interfacing effectively with our scientists and engineers.History of proposing innovative ideas to capture new opportunities and solve challenging issues; strives to find the possible in the impossible; viewed as a positive change agent within the company and by our customers.Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, resilient and process drivenAbility to travel extensivelyBachelor's degree or equivalent required; experience in Agri-Business, Ag-Economics, Agronomy or Ag-Sciences and the desire to leave a mark on the world are more important than a specific degree.Desire and capability to take on additional responsibility as our organization scales globally
