This individual will report to the Director of Customer Support, as part of the Customer Support teamThe Customer Support Representative I (CSR I) requires minimal supervision and is able to resolve transactional questions and problems with minimal assistanceCSR I?s will be well organized and customer focusedThe CSR I will be proficient in all computer systems that support the daily operation of the order entry processThey will also perform some routine clerical functions, including filing, answering phones, distributing materials and record retention Job Responsibilities:
Accurately & efficiently enter customer ordersAnalyze and creatively resolve issues order entry concerns with customersProvide support to Customer Support Representative IIs and Strategic Account ManagersEngage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal team membersProvide feedback and ideas to create better efficiency and processesMulti-task in a fast paced environmentMust display and maintain a stable, positive attitudeDemonstrate a balanced and passionate work ethicDependability and attendance are criticalPerform other duties as required Job Requirements:
