Customer Support Representative ? Twin Falls, IDADM Nutrition-EBSI Seedwest This is a full time, nonexempt positionThis successful colleague will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for shipments to customers within the ADM Nutrition Division and ADM Edible Bean Specialties Inc., Division, ADM Seedwest.. As the Customer Support Team is often the first line of communication with customers, you must ensure they represent ADM well by being customer-focused and committed to driving solutions to ensure reliability. It is important to maintain positive relationships with various ADM Departments such as the Sales Team, Business Managers, Technical Team, Operations Team, Transportation Team, etc. There is opportunity for career growth within this group as the Customer Support Team is committed to improving processes and driving efficiencies.
Responsibilities Create excellent relationships with customers and be responsive to their needsObtain strong working knowledge of ADM EBSI and Seedwest productsObtain strong working knowledge of ADM systemsBe a self starter and be able to prioritize the seasonality of the workload as neededProcess customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints within 24-48 hrs. of receipt.Work closely with internal and external colleagues to confirm on time delivery and accurate documentation Maintain electronic customer files containing customer contact detail, special instructions, pricing information, etc.Log pertinent case detail within ADM systems to provide transparency to items needing further reviewMonitor and help collect on accounts receivables in conjunction with any seed prepayments Review various reports to confirm delivery, proper invoicing, etc.Prepare general business correspondencePrepare seed reports as needed in a timely mannerPrepare year end reports and documents on an as needed basisCoordinate other functions as needed Outside of the seasonal seed business assist and perform tasks as needed to help the team on an as needed basisSkills and QualificationsA service-oriented focus on both internal and external customersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate in a team-oriented environmentA positive customer centric dispositionProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookThe ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as neededExcellent keyboarding skills Bachelor?s degree or previous Customer Support experience is preferredExperience using internal systems (i.e. ? contract, order, inventory and accounts receivable computer systems) is preferredDecision-making abilitiesMultitasking and the Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environmentAttention to detailPhysical requirements include: light lifting, use of stairs, sitting for prolonged periods of time, operating a keyboard, standing, filing, bending, kneeling and effectively working on the telephone.
