Customer Support Specialist
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Payment Solutions group for a Customer Support Specialist.
This position will provide customer support to Cardholders, Merchants and Sales Staff and prospective new Cardholders and Merchants.
You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented and have the ability to learn new software systems.
You must be analytical, solution-focused, organized, able to adapt to changing priorities, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. You will:Answer and resolve merchant inquiries regarding equipment, balancing, card processing, and a variety of customer concerns.Set-up, maintain and support of 2000+ merchant accounts; 60,000+ Cenex Credit Card & Cenex Fleet Cardholders accountsPartner with our network service providers, CHS petroleum equipment and authorized service representatives to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.Provide total customer care to all inbound customer calls, including collection, credit decisions, updating account information as appropriate, and follow all departmental policies and procedures.Initiate outbound calls to merchants and cardholders to address various items.Educate the customer on existing and new products and services.Promote the Cenex Credit Card and Cenex Fleet Card products, ensuring growth and profitability.This position will work between the hours of 8 am and 5:45 pm.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Basic Qualifications: (required)Associates Degree.5 years experience in customer service, sales, or retail.Knowledge of the Fair Credit Billing Act and other related governmental requirements. Preferred qualifications: (desired)Bachelor?s Degree.Credit Card industry experience is strongly preferred.Previous experience working with marketing principles.
