The Dealer Development Manager will drive increased sales by evaluating effectiveness of dealer network; developing and implementing strategies to optimize dealer strengths and facilitating dealer improvement.
What will you do in this Dealer Development Manager role?
? Work as a business partner with distribution channel that sells directly to the farmer/producer. Help them figure out how to grow the business and structure the business for growth. ?
Manage current dealer network while identifying and signing up new dealers. ?
Analyze new channels to market our products. Help find new dealers or other modes of distribution. ?
Work with small businesses to create business plans, hire personnel, and develop succession plans.
Work with dealers to manage cash flow and inventory.
Qualifications to be considered for the Dealer Development Manager job: ? Strategic thinker, with strong analytical and problem solving skills ?
Good with financial analysis, development, and business management strategies ?
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ?
Strong leadership and negotiating skills ? Ability to travel extensively
