PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Energy Division Manager, and Mgr, Project & Facility Operations, responsible for the operation and function of the Terminal.
SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHP
Supervises, leads, and develops the Assistant Terminal Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversees and maintains all facility operations including product handling, equipment operations and product receipt and transfer.? Oversees proper record keeping for transportation, inventory, billing and accounting.? Ensures the facility is operating within company budgetary and operational guidelines and provides the highest level of customer service.
Ensures that DEF meets industry quality standards. ISO 22241-1
Maintains and communicates product and component inventory.
Ensures that facility operations meet all state, federal, and company regulatory and safety criteria.
Responsible for training and authorizing drivers for access to the terminal.
Responsible for trouble shooting facility operations and overseeing repairs from external sources.? Makes recommendations for operational and efficiency improvements
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment and the appearance of the facility in accordance with company standards.
Must qualify to operate warehouse equipment necessary to perform material handling duties.
Must have the ability to acquire and maintain a CDL license.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Adheres to company environmental health and safety policies and training.
Follows GROWMARK?s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Prefer a college degree in business, or the equivalent thereof, and 3 years or more of related work experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license to attend meetings and training as required.
Occasionally exposed or required to:
Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
May be required to lift 71-100 lbs.
Required to work at varying heights
May be required to work extended hours
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK?s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.?
