Clinton IAADM Clinton IA CogenThis is an exempt level position.Position Summary: Lead day-to-day operations of a Clinton production department to produce high quality products that provide value to customers and a return to shareholders. Require safety and compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Utilize assets efficiently to meet production and quality goals. Manage department in keeping with established policies, procedures and plant priorities. Lead department in a manner that results in a cohesive, focused, positive climate to achieve organizational goals. Provide guidance to operating supervisors and technical support personnel to achieve short term and long term department performance. Manage costs and continuously focus on efficiency improvement.
