For 125 years, feed and food customers have been counting on Scoular people to create safe and reliable supply chain solutions for end-users and suppliers of grain, feed ingredients, and food ingredients around the globe.Are you a user experience (UX) professional who enjoys engaging with people, shaping new digital tools and experiences, and transforming business with seamless change adoption adding value to support organizational success?  Do you want to work for a company that offers above and beyond benefits including health activity reimbursement, employee assistance program, educational assistance, and even shares of stock in the company?  The Digital Experience Manager will research, shape and evolve both user and customer digital experiences in a fast-paced transformation into leading edge technologies such as blockchain, mobility, artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT) and more.  We need your full time focus on the digital experiences ahead of us, the people side of change, and the activities required to support a seamless transformation forward.Job Responsibilities Spend time with users and customers flushing out opportunities for digital improvementCreatively partner with Digital Product Development teams to design new and enhanced user and customer experiencesDefine metrics to be used for digital experience delivery, evaluation and feedback and work with development teams to ensure data is captured real-time to guide data driven recommendationsSynthesize feedback from multiple areas (usability testing, user/customer feedback, runtime usage metrics, etc.) to discover insights and optimize current and new experiencesDraft communications and work with senior leaders to promote awareness of digital change initiatives and encourage the desire for digital transformationUtilize numerous channels for communication including but not limited to face-to-face, remote video, remote conference call, written (Microsoft Teams, email, hard copy, presentation), instant message, videoPlan, prepare, coordinate and execute appropriate knowledge transfer and training including development of supporting materials to ensure user/customer ability to be successful with new digital experiencesMeasure and drive adoption through continued communication, training and reinforcement in a positive manner championing successProactively build and cultivate strong internal and external relationships to execute on our engagement model, ensuring delivery of quality products in alignment with expectationsMinimum QualificationsYou have built up a rich portfolio showcasing your proficiency in producing digital experience designsDemonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomyProven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to debate UX merits with business teams, architects, engineers, and designersComprehensive experience in agile delivery methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.) with strong experience creating user stories and doing researchAbility to communicate to executives, users, customers, peers and staff with impact, eloquence and authenticityDemonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization The Scoular Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer*JVSkills:See job description
