Digital Interactive Designer
SUMMARY: The Art Director – Digital Interactive Design is a key part of the brand's digital marketing efforts, providing graphic and design support for landing pages, email marketing, online advertising, and social media content. This position will possess a need to stay abreast of and have a passion for the customer experience and user experience through emerging digital design trends. This position will execute web and graphic design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team,including working with third party partners such as VML and Village Press. Responsibilities Designing email marketing templates, social media digital assets, and rich media online ads Ensure continuity in look-and-feel of digital visual communication to existing creative executions Executing layout of website landing pages, microsites, web-based applications, and mobile applications through Sharepoint and Sitecore Identify technology innovations as they apply to creating user experiences Producing HTML and CSS wireframes, mockups and comps for use across multiple platforms required Execute the development of rich media advertisement, social media digital asset creation, digital enterprise solutions Managing ESKO/WebCenter(Tango) work flow and identify/implement proven process improvements Responsible for the metadata, taxonomies and all other data integrity components associated with foodservice digital assets. Manage the migration and archivingof existing foodservice content into the digital asset management system as well as assigning appropriate tagging Contribute to research, creation and prioritization of project requirements Performing testing and QA of developed prototypesprior to launch Providing subject-matter expertise perspective and direction on new emerging interactive technology Assist Foodservice Creative Team as a backup designer during times of overflow.RequirementsEducation Bachelor's degree inrelated field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital visual communications, user experience design, information architecture, web applications and mobile applicationsSpecial Skills Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap Proven ability to generate user-centered design principles representing the end user in the creative process is required. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other presentation layer technologies Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability Experience working with digital assets of all types and advanced knowledge of digital file formats for, images, videos, audio, graphics, text-based Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and User Experience Design software Knowledge of SharePoint, Sitecore, and Esko/WebCenter(Tango) is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve as issues arise Attention to detail and great follow-up skills essential Portfolio of relevant work for review is requiredTravel Up to 4 domestic trips per yearSupervisory Responsibility NoneTo view a full job description and submit your resume for consideration, click APPLY TO THIS POSITION below and follow the prompts.Apply for this job.
