Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Optimization, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Digital portfolio for Nutrien Ag Solutions. This position will be responsible for collaborating across multiple departments within Nutrien Ag Solutions to ensure that the portfolio reflects both grower agronomic needs and Nutrien Ag Solutions marketing direction. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of digital technical tools, analytical, collaboration and project management skills, combined with a winning attitude. What you will do: Build and maintain a digital portfolio and continually drive product optimization through the web based tool. In partnership with strategic marketing, digital, and our proprietary products departments, build and maintain a portfolio that meets grower agronomic needs and Nutrien Ag Solutions strategy. Oversee complete end-to-end online product catalog management by ensuring alignment around product assortments, launches, new developments, onsite search, navigation, cross-sells, upsells, and strategy through merchandising presentations.Categorize and display items online correctly and efficiently for maximum sales and maximum margins; supervise the upload of all new products to ecommerce store and monitor and review promotions for improvements.Drive projects and initiatives to further enhance the site or marketplace shopping experience.Coordinate closely with the Suppliers, Graphic Design, Photographer and Copywriter teams for all product needs, i.e., crisp beautiful images and informative/engaging copy for all products.Review onsite search behavior to gain an understating of keyword queries and manipulate the products within the search pages to drive conversion.Ensure that for the products that we offer online that presentation is correct:Imagery (logo/pictures)DescriptionActive ingredientManufacturerAny other required fieldsCollaborate with internal and external partnersDirectly working with the Nutrien Ag Solutions Marketing for direction and alignment.Closely working with Digital in the evolution and optimization of our system.Work with Strategic Suppliers to collect and maintain portfolio content.Co-create strategic marketing cross and up sell plans.What you will bring: Must possess a High School Diploma.At least two (2) years proven eCommerce experience coupled with merchandising/marketing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently (especially if remote) and within a team environment.Experience with website management and email marketing programs.A professional manner with strong organizational and time management skills.
