Digital Strategist Lead
Position Purpose & Summary
This role is a member of the Experience Strategy/Digital Strategist core as part of Global IT?s newly formed Digital Experience Office.
?This position spans across 1 or more of Cargill?s DXO and go to market capability competencies to guide Cargill?s business product owners and BRMs during early phases of ideation, education and shaping phases of new product or roadmap development for customers and internal sales & marketing teams.
?The Digital Strategist role is the main point of contact during new product and team intake/chartering. This role will assess the overall readiness and fit of the business through leading DXO and platform orientation, facilitating key discussions to extract business and customer needs, conducting workshops, setting right expectations and finalizing charter and commitment to start.
?This position will work closely with BRMs and business product owners, experience strategists, architects,engineers and platform product owners and other Global IT teams to bring the right thought leadership in a fast pace, fixed acceleration offering(s) to achieve the outcome of aligning commitments to start a MVP/MMP and new product team model. This role will be responsible for facilitating a smooth transition of knowledge and ownership to the Business Product Owner, DXO Portfolio Product Manager and/or DXO Product Manager/RTE dedicated to the new product team ongoing.
??This position is to be the Subject Matter Expert providing new scoping tools, coaching and deep understanding to alleviate fears for new product owners and business stakeholders. This position must thoroughly understand the requirements for readiness during early phases of engagement (intake, explore, jumpstart, first PI Planning)? is intended to meet.??

?This Global Digital Strategist role will additionally be a working advisor for the global competency across in region digital strategists.? This role will be responsible for onboarding new digital strategists in region, providing ongoing education and support for new capabilities, methods/practices and collaborate with region strategists to improve and refine go to market skills.

Delivers education and coaching to regional strategists on methods and principles.
