Director Corporate Finance
SUMMARY: This position's responsibilities include various analytical and research projects for the VP of Finance, the VP of Investor Relations, and other senior management. Other responsibilities include business analysis projects, preparing various performance reports, external industry and peer analysis, and preparing management or board presentations. The role will also support the company's merger and acquisition process by providing financial analysis and modeling and as well as assisting Corporate Strategy and business leads with due diligence efforts on new opportunities.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Requires specialized knowledge in corporate finance and accounting, normally acquired, minimally, through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or accounting.Experience: 8+ plus years of experience or equivalent with an emphasis on financial analysis. Broad knowledge of Tyson's segments and overall business is a plus.Computer Skills: The position requires intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
