This Director General will strategically lead all aspects of the agricultural division for this organization to include operational planning/scheduling, business/market development and sales & marketing. Primary focus for this individual will be to lead all areas of the Agriculture division with a strong emphasis on propelling the product pipeline forward, increasing commercialization while developing/executing a successful sales strategy. This role requires an individual with the ability to transform projected revenue goals into successful sales and go-to-market strategies, distancing these agricultural products from competitor products by driving Ag grower interest and, as a result, an outstanding revenue performance.Working alongside Corporate Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D divisions, this role have responsibility for quarterly performance reviews with Board of Directors.
