Director of Facilities
Sunshine Communities – Maumee, OH – Sunshine, a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities, is looking for an experienced individual to help coordinate and manage the design, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities and directly supervise 3-5 Maintenance employees. Facilities include a 25-acre main campus and 25 family care homes in Lucas, Fulton and Wood counties. Requirements Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must be familiar with OSHA Regulations, Health Regulations, State and Local building codes, Health Department rules and regulations related to Aquatic Facilities and will be required to hold a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license.
