Act as an active member of the executive management team, report to the GM/CEO.Responsible for all aspects of the HR department through the supervision of other HR staff, advise the members of the management team on HR issues and concerns.Be involved in the development of 5-10 year strategic planning and assist in the identification and implementation of overall operational process and continuous improvement. ?COMMUNITY:This attractive community is located in North East part of South Dakota.?
